Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

To request a return, please contact us at calibraeaestheticmedicine@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed back to the original payment method.

Calibrae Skin reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
